Estoc has B scaling in Str at +10 solidly making it a Str weapon. If you want to do pure-physical damage then you want 40 str and 12ish dex. However, it also infuses pretty well. So it depends on if you want to go pure Str or only enough to use your weapons and infuse. 40 Str and 12 dex you are looking at 308 Physical.Pates Spear is alright too. Halberds: Syans Halberd and Helix Halberd are the best for DEX. Powerstanced Helix Halberds are a blast on DEX builds.
