Didn't seem so, but I figured I'd ask. I use Amethyst darts. Stronger than rune, but cheaper. Just don't use blowpipe for brutal black dragons or high defence monsters. Since they changed the dart stats for blowpipe, Addy are fine enough for normal mobs.
