I also gave a triple magnesium complex because it was recommended on this sub. It contains magnesium citrate, taurate and bisglycinate.no, because typical dose is less than half a gram of magnesium glycinate. It's basically nothing. People like to be very strict about their fasts, but having half a gram of protein isn't going to break a fast. I am talking about longer fasts like 3 day fasts and beyond and also intermittent fasting.
