This build is intended for playing solo PvE content, such as questing, public dungeons, Maelstrom Arena, etc.! This build is focused around pumping out strong DoT pressure, taking advantage of the strong pressure skills the Arcanist has to offer! This is an AOE/DOT build utilizing the Necropotence set as it's centerpiece.
