There is no sprint phone reception in the area. Each campsite has a picnic table and fire pit with grate on it. Half the sites are power water only, there is a dump station at Jasper Point Campground 2.5 miles away. We were there in September during a drought and the water level was extremely low. Even so this is a beautiful park with great views! Reservoir water is used primarily for farm irrigation, so the lake level drops significantly after spring inflow from Ochoco Creek.
