Every time one of my orders says 'by 10pm' I know I won't receive it until the next day, sometimes two days later. The little Amazon vans can only hold so many packages. If my package is marked at 4am 'out for delivery' - meaning it's supposedly in my local area - in my opinion it simply has to be delivered that same day (unless Amazon is lying).They were almost 50% off and still over $100.
