For that reason finding out the base engine is very important. 120 is low, 130 is ok, 150 is perfect. Fuel pressure is critical with a Di ski. At idle the pressure needs to be 97 psi for example. After some research I believe jumping them from the car might have damaged the MPEM of the 2002. Not sure if I did it right, but thats what I got. I also looked at the owners manual, and the 2002 owners manual does say 91 octane, but the 2002 GTX DI supplement says regular gas, minimum 87 octane. Best thing to do is to take a voltage meter and put it on the battery. Next start the sea-doo and rev it up. I mean close to 5500 to 6000 RPM's. If the voltage drops you need a rectifier.
