Hey all I'm working on a new SFF build and went for the Kraken M22, great cooler, but when I load up CAM it says no compatible devices found in the cooling tab. This led me to believe I had connected it wrong but then after digging a bit more, in the settings -> Firmware tab it recognizes my cooler. For me the last release v3.3.5 doesn't resolve the problem, because I actually finally figured out the problem is a total incompatibility between CAM and Corsair Link. Read out the results of my tests below: When Corsair Link is uninstalled, no problem, Kraken is consistently detected, no matter what (in v3.3.5 at least).

I have the NZXT H710i Case which came with 1 Smart Device v2. The "case version" (as NZXT calls it on their website) of this case came only with the 2 RGB Strips and non RGB Fans (3 x 120mm in front and 1 x 140mm in back). I also have the Kraken x63 280mm AIO (RGB only in the block and non RGB fans) mounted as exhaust on top.Here are the steps to follow. Mar 28, 2020 · I wanted to give you guys an update regarding an issue that we are aware of with our Kraken Z’s. Currently, there is a USB compatibility issue that Kraken Z63 and Z73 customers are experiencing... What I think happened is that turning off the PSU completely powered off the Kraken so when it was turned back on it reinitialized everything. Now the liquid temperature shows up in CAM and HWiNFO and the pump speed changes based on temperature like it should which reduces the noise level of it significantly. 14.Specs: AIO: NZXT Kraken X62 (used for only about 5 months) CPU: AMD Ryzen 2600. I've got the same issue. I tried to find the "Report an Issue" option but it was not present in the app. My conditions are identical. GTAV - RTX 2070 Super - 0% GPU usage. CPU, Network, and all other monitors are showing correctly. It's probably the USB drivers then. Go to settings --> devices --> USB and then it should show there. If not then I might suggest reinstalling the USB drivers that came ...Too many monitoring apps open can cause faulty readings, so don't leave the old one open while you open a new one. 2)If there are faulty temp sensors in your hardware, you're looking a return/replacement. There's no way to fix that on your end. I'm only using 2 things that are reading my GPU temp, MSI Afterburner, and the NZXT CAM.
With Cam, I just set it to Silent mode, set fans to report to Liquid not Cpu and forgot about it. Bypasses every bounce in windows, no more ramp ups. Doing it that way, the kraken responds more like a full loop and less like an air cooler. Ppl place too much emphasis on actual reported temps, to a cpu it could care less.FIX 1 : Restart the program. The Windows processes may stop the software from running. If you stop the process and restart the program then you will quickly be rid of the issue. Below are the steps needed to complete the task, and then restart the program.
