I sold a console and shipped it out on Thursday March 10, since Monday March 14 usps tracking says "awaiting delivery scan" I am in California and the item was going to Washington, DC. Tracking showed out for delivery on Monday then nothing else. Then switched to "awaiting delivery scan". Now buyer is requesting refund.If so, it should not have returned to the distribution center. Most likely explanation is it was mistakenly placed in the outgoing mail by the carrier. if this is the case, it should return in the next 24-48 hrs.
